PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device in which film-like water streams are discharged in a wide range, and which has high relaxation effect, and to provide a bathtub device.SOLUTION: A water discharge device (1) includes: a supply channel； a slit-like water discharge port (2) discharging water supplied from the supply channel； and a film-like water formation mechanism provided between the supply channel and the water discharge port, and discharging film-like water streams from the water discharge port.
