PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for freeze vacuum drying and a method of the freeze vacuum drying using the packaging bag where no object is scattered even if the freeze vacuum drying is performed, no foreign matter is mixed in even if the freeze vacuum drying is performed while presenting a different kind item in a freeze vacuum drying machine, and the freeze vacuum drying machine is not contaminated.SOLUTION: A packaging bag for freeze vacuum drying packages an item to be freeze vacuum dried in freeze vacuum dry processing.
