The present invention describes a feedstuff composition for aquaculture of echinoids or herbivorous or omnivorous species, said feedstuff formulation includes egg albumen and ground vegetal material of the genus Lactuca as its main ingredients. The composition of the invention is cooked in order to obtain a cookie having a consistency suitable for being preserved in water. The feed was shown to possess properties that guarantee maintenance of the organoleptic characteristics of the animal reared, while ensuring a nutrient content that can generate much greater quantities of edible tissue with an average ratio of about 2- 5 to 1 with respect to wild organisms.La présente invention concerne une composition daliment pour animaux pour laquaculture déchinoïdes ou despèces herbivores ou omnivores, ladite formulation daliment pour animaux comprenant de lalbumine dœuf et un matériau végétal broyé du genre Lactuca comme ingrédients principaux. La composition de linvention est cuite afin dobtenir un biscuit ayant une consistance permettant la préservation dans leau. On a montré que laliment pour animaux posséde des propriétés qui garantissent le maintien des caractéristiques organoleptiques de lanimal élevé, tout en assurant une teneur en nutriments susceptible de produire des quantités beaucoup plus importantes de tissu comestible avec un rapport denviron 2- 5 à 1 par rapport aux organismes sauvages.
