PURPOSE: An exercise prescription apparatus which uses a wireless pulse measuring device is provided to obtain a high exercise effect in a small exercising time by offering an optimum exercising state.CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor(110) is attached on a blood vessel. The optical sensor senses the change of blood flow rate and creates blood flow rate change sensing information. A pulse detection module(108) detects pulse by receiving the blood flow rate change sensing information from the optical sensor. An exercise prescription module(100) receives the pulse from the pulse detection module. The exercise prescription module checks an optimum pulse range for an optimum exercising state.
