A medical device for endoscopically conducting treatment on a bursiform cavity opening in a body according to the present invention includes a suction member which has a plurality of communication passages opening on an outer surface, and is inserted into the bursiform cavity； and a closing member which comes into contact with an opening of the bursiform cavity, and airtightly seals the opening.
