PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact load loading device suitable for inspecting mechanical properties while applying a tensile load to a catheter and performing part of a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A load loading mechanism 13 is provided that urges a second holding member 12 in a separating direction from a first holding member 11 and loads a tensile load when a catheter 1 is held by both holding members 11 and 12.
