A bearing-side cushioning member is arranged on a clutch carrying plate side. The bearing-side cushioning member firstly touches an object side when a spline of a clutch body is engaged with a spline of the clutch carrying plate, so as to reduce an impact force generated between the clutch body and the clutch carrying plate.
