Antigen binding proteins that bind to human c-fms protein are provided. Nucleicacids encoding the antigen binding protein, vectors, and cells encoding thesame are also provided. The antigen binding proteins can inhibit binding of c-fmsto CSF-I, reduce monocyte migration into tumors, and reduce the accumulationof tumor-associated macrophages.
