PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an assist device capable of appropriately assisting a worker in standing up when the worker squats, holds baggage in a hand, and stands up.SOLUTION: An assist device includes: a right leg action part 3 supported by a body 1 and acting on a right thigh of a worker； a right drive device driving the right leg action part； a left leg action part 3 supported by the body 1 and acting on a left thigh of the worker； and a left drive device driving the left leg action part. For assisting the worker in standing up, the right drive device and left drive device are controlled and operated separately and independently to drive the right leg action part 3 to a lower side and operate the right thigh of the worker to the lower side and drive the left leg action part 3 to the lower side and operate the left thigh of the worker to the lower side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
