The present invention relates to a flexible dental prosthesis system, which allows various elements to be coupled without using screws. The system of the invention comprises a longitudinally elongated flexible screw having a first end suitable for adjusting by threading in a dental implant and a second open and deformable inward end having a threaded hole inside and a protruding flange in its exterior； a transmucosal abutment with a through hole suitable for inserting the flexible screw； and an upper connecting element having a hole at one of its ends suitable for engaging on the second end of the flexible screw by means of an internal recess in said hole corresponding to the protruding flange on the outside of the second end of the flexible screw.La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de prótesis dental flexible, que permite acoplar diversos elementos sin necesidad de usar tornillos. El sistema de la invención comprende un tornillo flexible de forma longitudinalmente alargada que presenta un primer extremo adecuado para ajustarse mediante roscado en un implante dental y un segundo extremo abierto y deformable hacia el interior que presenta un orificio roscado en su interior y un reborde saliente en su exterior； un pilar transmucoso con un orificio pasante adecuado para introducir el tornillo flexible； y un elemento de conexión superior que presenta un orificio en uno de sus extremos adecuado para acoplarse sobre el segundo extremo del tornillo flexible mediante un rebaje interior en dicho orificio que corresponde con el reborde saliente en el exterior del segundo extremo del tornillo flexible.
