The dental fixation system described is formed by a self-threading screw (2), which fastens an implant (1) to a male component (3) that is conical in geometry, upon which a female component (4) is fitted. The prosthesis is fastened to the female component (4). Fixation takes place by means of a retainer element (5) that is fastened to the female (4) and male (3) components, by means of friction of the two conical surfaces of the male (3) and female (4) components, by means of suction created by the saliva interface between said male (3) and female (4) components or by means of a combination of these three methods. The geometry of the male (3) and female (4) components make the system allow the installation of a prosthesis, the axis of which is rotated, moved or rotated and moved relative to the implant (1) axis.
