PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool cleaning holder capable of reliably holding various dental medical tools having different mounting structures in an upright posture. SOLUTION: An instrument cleaning holder has a base body 21 having a support surface 28 for supporting one end of a dental instrument 3, and a plurality of holding arms 22 extending upward from the base body 21. The contact arm 23 is provided on the free end side of the holding arm 22 and is in point or line contact with the outer peripheral surface of the dental care instrument 3. The holding arm 22 is configured to be elastically deformable in the approaching / separating direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the dental medical device 3. When the dental medical instrument 3 is inserted between the holding arms 22, one end of the dental medical instrument 3 is supported by the support surface 28, and at least three points on the outer peripheral surface of the dental medical instrument 3 are supported by the abutment body 23. By doing so, the dental instrument 3 can be held in the standing posture.
