To provide a dental treatment situation imaging system for actual scene display of a video of a target part of dental treatment and a treatment tool operation situation on the same screen using a high definition video.SOLUTION: A treatment situation imaging system comprises: a light/camera unit 20 comprising a camera 25, a target marker 370, and a shadowless lamp 24； an imaging control circuit 84 comprising a distance measurement circuit 380, a focus/focus lock setting signal generation circuit 841, a shadowless lamp controller 240, a diaphragm signal generation circuit 86, and a focus/focus lock setting signal generation circuit 841； and an operator information terminal 83.
