A medical drape for use with a reduced pressure system to provide reduced pressure to a tissue site is disclosed. In some embodiments, the drape may comprise a flexible film and an adhesive layer bonded to the flexible film. The adhesive layer may include a first adhesive disposed in a first pattern on the first portion of the flexible film. The first adhesive may be configured to fix the flexible film close to the tissue site. The adhesive layer generally comprises a second adhesive disposed in a second pattern on the second portion of the flexible film. The second adhesive may be configured to seal the flexible film proximate the tissue site.
