PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using pelytes of geological ages including the mesozoic jurassic period and periods prior to the same, by which a pulverising process is improved in the field of seeding and planting works, mineral components contained in the pelytes are effectively used and thus the advancement of demineralization in water environment can be suppressed as well when such pelytes are used for soil-improving materials, and the pelytes can be effectively used in the fields of health, beauty, medical services, and the growth of organisms in a manner similar to that of other existing materials. SOLUTION: The improved pulverizing process comprises a combination of pulverization in a dry state, sieving, and the use of a dust catcher or the like, so as to enable effective collection of fine particle components and processing that leads to improved ability of moisture retention and easy elution of mineral components. As a result, the thus processed product can be effectively used in seeding and planting works, for soil-improving materials, and improvement in water environment. Furthermore, the thus processed product can also be effectively used for health, beauty, medical services, and the growth of organisms in a manner similar to that of the existing mineral-containing materials.
