PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter fixing appliance which certainly fixes a catheter to the skin at a specific position and is gentle to the skin, and to provide a pasting-on member for use in fixing the catheter to the skin.
SOLUTION: In the catheter fixing appliance equipped with the skin pasting-on member pasted on the skin and a catheter pasting-on member for fixing the catheter on the skin pasting-on member, the skin pasting-on member 10 is equipped with a base material 11, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 for covering the base of the base material, a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive protective layer 13 for covering the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the catheter fixing part 14 provided to the central part of the surface of the base material, and the catheter pasting-on member 20 is equipped with a base material 21 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 22 for covering the base of the base material. The catheter to be fixed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the catheter pasting-on member is fixed to the catheter fixing part of the skin pasting-on member and the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the skin pasting-on member is made wider than the area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the catheter pasting-on member and the sticking force to a stainless steel plate of the skin pasting-on member is made less than that to the catheter fixing part of the catheter pasting-on member.
