The disclosed content relates to a method of manufacturing a stem cell delivery system for therapeutic treatment using a natural polymer with a temperature-reactive type, and more specifically, through a first encapsulation step and a first encapsulation step of encapsulating neural stem cells and neural stem cell markers with hyaluronic acid. It shows the effect of solving the temperature-sensitization problem caused by loading and securing the stability of stem cells.개시된 내용은 온도반응형 천연고분자를 이용한 치료용 줄기세포 전달체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 히알루론산으로 신경줄기세포와 신경줄기세포 표식자를 캡슐화하는 제1캡슐화단계 및 상기 제1캡슐화단계를 통해 캡슐화된 입자를 하이드로겔 용액으로 캡슐화하는 제2캡슐화단계로 이루어진다.상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 치료용 줄기세포 전달체는 줄기세포를 생분해성 하이드로겔로 표식자와 함께 캡슐을 하며, 신체 조건에서 겔화가 일어나는 온도감음형 하이드로겔 용액으로 캡슐화 함으로써 줄기세포 치료제와 같은 약물을 담지함으로 발생하는 온도 감응성 문제를 해결하고, 줄기세포의 안정성도 확보하는 효과를 나타낸다.
