The apparatus for preparing refrigerated products comprises a containment tank (2) inside which are arranged a mixing device (3) suitable to determine the continuous circulation of the product and a cooling device (4) for cooling said product. At the front zone of the containment tank (2) is arranged a dispenser device (5) of the product. The containment tank (2) is insulated by means of thermally insulating walls (21, 22) in a way as to reduce the thermal exchange between the external environment and the inside of the same tank (2).Lappareil de préparation de produits réfrigérés comprend un réservoir de retenue (2) à lintérieur duquel se trouvent un dispositif de mélange (3) approprié pour déterminer la circulation continue du produit et un dispositif de refroidissement (4) destiné à refroidir ledit produit. Le réservoir de retenue (2) est isolé à laide de parois thermo-isolantes (21, 22) de manière à réduire léchange thermique entre lenvironnement externe et lintérieur de ce réservoir (2).
