PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental chair that uses a simple hydraulic circuit and reduces generation of an impact in adjusting a posture of each part of the dental chair by devising a driving timing of a hydraulic pump and control valves of the hydraulic circuit, and to provide a driving method thereof.SOLUTION: A dental chair 1 includes hydraulic cylinders 10 and 20, a hydraulic pump 40, control valves 51-56, and accumulators 61-63. In adjusting a posture of each part of the chair is performed, a time difference is provided between starting or stopping of the hydraulic pump 40 and opening/closing of the control valves 51-56. Specifically, the closing of the control valves 51-56 is caused to be later than the stopping of the hydraulic pump 40, and the starting of the hydraulic pump 40 is caused to be later than the opening of the control valves 51-56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な油圧回路を用いるとともに油圧回路の油圧ポンプと制御弁との駆動タイミングを工夫することにより、歯科用治療椅子の各部の姿勢調整時における衝撃の発生を軽減した歯科用治療椅子およびその駆動方法を提供する。【解決手段】歯科用治療椅子1は油圧シリンダ10,20、油圧ポンプ40、制御弁51~56とアキュムレータ61~63を有している。椅子各部の姿勢調整を行う場合、油圧ポンプ40の起動または停止と制御弁51~56の開閉とに時間差を設けている。具体的には、制御弁51~56の閉弁を油圧ポンプ40の停止より遅らせ、また、油圧ポンプ40の起動を制御弁51~56の開弁よりも遅らせている。【選択図】図2
