PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel greening vegetation mat sufficiently durable against personal treading pressure so as to have no risk of turning into bits without putting large load on a rooftop. SOLUTION: The greening vegetation mat is obtained by the following structure: wood-wool fibers 2 getting almost upright and wood-wool fibers 2 slightly slanted against the almost upright wood-wool fibers 2 are irregularly mixed; the wood-wool fibers 2 are fixed to one another via resin 5; and a void rate is 50-85 vol.% per unit volume.
