The present invention relates to a fomentation sitting cushion. The seat surface communicates with the fomentation hole, and the surface heater is disposed on the bottom surface of the sitting cushion. The sitting cushion and a bottom plate of an insulation material have top and bottom adhering holes formed in the outer circumference thereof, and the surface heater is disposed between the sitting cushion and the bottom plate. The wire connected with the surface heater is extended to the outside, so electrical power can be supplied. Accordingly, fomentation is continuously performed on a local part and an anal part of a human body, and blood circulation is promoted.
