To provide an in-vivo electrification removing device that can efficiently discharge static electricity charged around an eye without squeezing an eyeball and promote blood circulation. The in-vivo electrification removing tool has an adhesive layer 13 in which a conductive adhesive is applied to one surface of a conductive sheet material 1 formed in a donut shape having a plurality of protrusions on the outer periphery. By sticking a ring-shaped conductive sheet material around the eyes with an adhesive layer, the electricity staying around the eyes is released. By providing the protrusion 10 on the outer periphery of the conductive sheet material, the discharge effect is improved.
