PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid vehicle which has a vehicle body frame structure that restricts no rehabilitation range in front of the lower legs and which enables a user to safely move in from a bed or the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame is equipped with a plurality of wheels and a seat part mounted through a lift mechanism, with a hook fastened to the lower face of the rear end of the seat part. In this vehicle body frame, in the lower face of a roughly U-shaped main frame in the plane view, there are fixed a nearly L-shaped center frame in the side view in the center and a side frame in both ends. By installing wheels on both sides of the side frame, the vehicle body frame structure is configured to have a space in front of the lower legs of a user. Only when the wheels are locked by operating a brake mechanism provided on the side of the vehicle body frame, a rotary backrest is rotatable, with the front of the vehicle body frame as the center of rotation.
