PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in a minute flying object removal device in which a positive conductor and a negative conductor are held at a fixed frame, it is not easy to provide products for windows of various sizes, and it is necessary to assemble one by one, so that the structure was not suitable for mass production.SOLUTION: A removal member is configured by a conductive layer, an insulation resin layer provided on the conductive layer, an electrode layer provided on the insulation resin layer and a semiconductive resin layer provided on the electrode layer, and it has an air passing part penetrating from the semiconductive resin layer through the conductive layer.
