A method for remote programming a therapy device (1) for neurostimulation comprises: generating (S6) a stimulation program for the therapy device (1) by means of a clinician programmer (2)； transferring (S7) the stimulation program to a patient programmer (3)； loading (S8) the stimulation program on the therapy device (1) from the patient programmer (3)； and increasing (S9) a stimulation amplitude of the stimulation program by means of the patient programmer (3).
