The present invention relates to an airway maintenance device inserted in the oral cavity of a patient to ensure an airway. More specifically, an expandable module is disposed in one side of the airway maintenance device inserted in the oral cavity of a patient, so a residual space between the oral cavity of the patient and a body thereof is sealed by means of the expansion thereof. Thus, the airway of the patient can be easily ensured. Also, a suction pathway in which a suction tube and an additional tube can be inserted is disposed, so suctioning or drug injection can be actively performed.
