The present disclosure provides antigen-presenting polypeptides, includingsingle-chain antigen- presenting polypeptidesand multimeric antigen-presenting polypeptides. The present disclosureprovides nucleic acids comprising nucleotide sequencesencoding antigen-presenting polypeptides of the present disclosure, as well ascells genetically modified with the nucleic acids. Anantigen-presenting polypeptide of the present disclosure is useful formodulating activity of a T cell. Thus, the present disclosureprovides methods of modulating activity of a T cell.
