PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body having a simple structure.SOLUTION: A movable body 1 includes an expansion member 10 and an inner tube 20. In the inner tube 20, one end 22 is closed, and the other end 24 receives controllable pressure from the outside. The expansion member 10 expands in a radial direction due to pressurization, and contracts in an axial direction. The expansion member 10 forms a plurality of chambers 40 in an axial direction outside the inner tube 20. The inner tube 20 has at least one opening 26 in each chamber 40.
