The present invention relates to a kit for collecting saliva. The kit comprises: a saliva collecting container (10) having a pipe shape having an open top surface opened and closed by a lid (12), and accommodating saliva of a test subject a preservative liquid container (20) having one open surface, and storing a preservative liquid for storing cells in saliva therein, wherein the open surface is sealed by a soft film (21) and a saliva collecting adaptor (30). The saliva collecting adaptor (30) comprises: a coupling end pipe unit (40) coupled with the top end of the saliva collecting container (10) a hopper unit (50) having an extended diameter at the top end of the coupling end pipe unit (10) a coupling end pipe unit (40) disposed at one inner end of the hopper unit (50) a preservative liquid container accommodating unit (60) for accommodating the preservative liquid container (20) while being disposed to be ascend with the soft film (21) disposed on the bottom surface thereof and a cutter (70) upwardly protruding on the bottom surface of the preservative liquid container accommodating unit (60) to punch the soft film (21) of the preservative liquid container (20) when the preservative liquid container (20) descends. The preservative liquid container (20) descends by applying external force to the preservative liquid container (20), and the soft film (21) at the bottom surface thereof is punched by the cutter (70).
