The present invention is to provide an automatic additive refilling system for producing tofu (1) in which an additive is sprayed at the same time with bean water under high pressure when producing tofu by using 100% whole beans so as to enhance taste and nutritional content and produce tofu in an easy and convenient manner. The automatic additive refilling system of the present invention comprises: a bean water supply tube (2) which is configured to supply boiled bean water produced from soaking and grinding beans, to the top of a tofu packing container (20) in which tofu is molded and packed an additive supply tube (3) which is disposed inside the bean water supply tube (2) to supply, to the top of the tofu packing container (20), an additive to be mixed with the bean water and solidified inside the tofu packing container (20) and pressure spray nozzles (4) which are mounted at a lower end of the additive supply tube (3) and have a spray hole (5) which gradually becomes narrower downwardly. Accordingly, the present invention produces tofu by using 100% whole beans without squeezing out tofu residues, thereby producing no tofu residues and wastewater, and uses mineral water as a coagulant and additive, thus further improving nutritional content and taste. Further, the present invention improves workability and cut the production costs by eliminating the labor and costs required for managing tofu residues and wastewater.
