PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily observe the space distribution of chemical shift on a surface crossing a slice for measuring a magnetic resonance spectrum.
SOLUTION: A main control part 17 controls a gradient magnetic field power source 3, a bed control part 5, a transmission part 7, a selection circuit 8, a reception part 9, a data gathering part 12 and a reconfiguration part 13, etc., and measures the magnetic resonance spectrum relating to each of many voxels set inside a three-dimensional first region including at least a part of a reagent 200. The main control part 17 sets the cross section in an optional direction passing through the first region. The main control part 17 generates a chemical shift image indicating the distribution of the chemical shift on the cross section on the basis of the measured magnetic resonance spectrum.
