PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating and diagnosing or detecting a disease using an antibody binding specifically to Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP) being also an integral membrane serine peptidase that has a unique tissue distribution including lung cancer, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer and breast cancer but is absent from normal adult tissues.SOLUTION: An antibody specifically binds to Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP), and has an increased effector function by glycosylation and/or high affinity to an immunogen.
