The present invention relates to an ultrasonic scanner slipping preventer using a hand-motion scan method which is an ultrasonic scanner for measuring a residual urine volume of a patient, and allows rotation at a multi-angle in a fixed state at a point without slipping during ultrasound imaging for three-dimensional scanning. The ultrasonic scanner slipping preventer using a hand-motion scan method comprises: a coupling unit to which an opening unit formed through in one direction in a spherical shape and a transducer generating ultrasonic waves are coupled； and a plate-shaped support unit allowing ultrasonic waves generated by the transducer to pass, and having a hollow unit to be mounted so that the coupling unit can rotate in multiple angles.본 발명은 환자의 잔뇨량을 측정하는 초음파 스캐너(scanner)로, 3차원 스캔을 위한 초음파 촬영시 미끄러져 움직이지 않고, 한 지점에서 고정된 상태에서 다각도로 회전을 가능하게 하는 손 동작 스캔 방법을 이용한 초음파 스캐너 미끄럼 방지기에 관한 것으로, 원구 형상으로 일방향으로 관통 형성된 개구부와 초음파를 발생하는 트랜스듀서가 결합하는 결합부와 상기 트랜스듀서에서 발생하는 초음파가 지나갈 수 있도록 있으며, 상기 결합부가 다각도로 회전할 수 있도록 안착하는 중공부가 형성되어 있는 판상형의 지지부를 포함한다.
