A stable bendamustine-containing liquid preparation is provided. A liquid pharmaceutical formulation of bendamustine comprising bendamustine active pharmaceutical ingredient, N, N-dimethylacetamide, and water in an amount of about 0.3% to 40%. The active pharmaceutical ingredient is bendamustine, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and / or a hydrated form, preferably bendamustine HCl monohydrate. The formulation contains 20-200 mg / mL bendamustine. The formulation is stable during long-term storage under refrigerated conditions.
