The method for manufacturing a transparent aligner includes the steps of: determining a tooth outline model having an outline part to surround the surface of a tooth requiring rotational orthodontic treatment determining the rotation central axis of the tooth requiring rotational orthodontic treatment determining two points which are in contact with the outer surface of the tooth and are symmetric to each other with respect to the rotation central axis, on the basis of the rotation central axis and the rotation direction required for orthodontic treatment of the tooth requiring rotational orthodontic treatment determining a rotational orthodontic model for rotational orthodontic treatment by protruding the outline part from the two points toward the surface of the tooth and the rotation direction and generating a 3D tooth orthodontic model by applying the rotational orthodontic model.
