PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a transparent teeth aligner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by manufacturing the transparent teeth aligner without thermally pressurizing a transparent resin in a tooth mold.CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a transparent teeth aligner comprises a tooth aligning part (10), a transparent aligner modeling part (20), and a 3D printer (30). The tooth aligning part produces teeth correction data by processing 3D tooth data. The transparent aligner modeling part includes a pre-processing module (210) for pre-processing unit teeth correction data, an offset module (220) for producing an offset outer surface by offset expanding the outer surface of the teeth correction data, and a modeling module (230) for producing a 3D transparent aligner model by filling a space between the outer surface and the offset outer surface and converts the produced teeth correction data to transparent aligner modeling data.
