PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal organ protection device that can protect an internal organ and a biological tube from being compressed by tissue nearby them while preventing occlusion of the biological tube, and to provide an internal organ protection method using the same.SOLUTION: An internal organ protection device 1 includes a housing container 2 for housing an internal organ and at least a part of and a biological tube connected to the internal organ. The housing container 2 includes a first housing part 4 for housing the internal organ and a second housing part 5 for housing at least a part of the biological tube.
