The present invention relates to a negative ion generator installed on the frame of a baby carriage with a bracket. The negative ion generator includes: a body which includes a bracket connection unit for being connected to the bracket in an integrated or detachable manner while having an outlet for discharging negative ions; a negative ion generation module installed to generate the negative ions in the body; a blower fan which is installed on the body to provide a blowing force in order to discharge the generated negative ions from the negative ion generation module through the outlet; an adjustment unit arranged to be exposed from the body unit; a sensing unit which is installed to sense harmful noxious sources around the body unit or in the body unit; a control unit which is installed in the body to control the operation of the blower fan and the negative ion generation module in accordance with the adjustment operation of the adjustment unit as well as transmitting the sensing result from the sensing unit to a mobile phone through wired or wireless communication; and a battery which is arranged in the body to supply power needed for the operations of the negative ion generation module, blower fan, sensing unit, and control unit.
