The present invention relates to a sheet for corneal transplant comprising corneal endothelial cells in gelatin hydrogel obtained by seeding and culturing corneal endothelial cells on a gelatin hydrogel coated with collagen. Since the sheet of the present invention has high transparency in addition to biocompatibility and biodegradability, it is extremely useful as a sheet for corneal transplantation.本発明は、コラーゲンでコーティングをしたゼラチンハイドロゲル上に、角膜内皮細胞を播種して培養することにより得られる、ゼラチンハイドロゲルに角膜内皮細胞を含んでなる角膜移植用シートに関する。本発明のシートは、生体適合性や生体内分解性に加えて、高い透明性を有するため、角膜移植用シートとして極めて有用である。
