PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical diffusion device which can be used by being attached to a user and enables a chemical to reach the user side easily to enhance the effectiveness of the chemical.SOLUTION: A device body 5 has a chemical diffusion hole 55 formed therein for diffusing air containing a chemical. An edge of a downstream end opening of the chemical diffusion hole 55 includes a lower edge 55b positioned on a side near to the user in an attached state to the user and an upper edge 55a separated from the user.
