PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump type spray device which is capable of preventing the clogging of an opening aperture of the nozzle when a chemical is sprayed.SOLUTION: In the spray unit 20, a needle-like member 25 of which the top is opened and which sucks the chemical M is positioned within the nozzle 23, and the opening 25a of the needle-like member 25 is positioned between the upper end opening 24a of the opening aperture 24 of the nozzle 23 and the lower end opening 24b. The circumferential part 33 is formed at the surrounding of the opening edge 32 of the nozzle 23 which has a higher position than the circumferential part 33 via a taper face 34. Resultingly, the chemical flows into the circumferential part 33 from the opening edge 32 when the chemical is sprayed from the opening of the needle-like member 25. Thus, the clogging of the opening aperture 24 can be inhibited because the chemical is not attached and crystallized to and on the edge of the opening aperture 24.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬液噴霧時におけるノズルの開口孔の詰まりを防止することができるポンプ式噴霧装置を提供する。【解決手段】噴霧ユニット20において、ノズル23内に、先端が開口し薬液Mを吸引する針状部材25を位置決めし、針状部材25の開口25aは、ノズル23の開口孔24の上端開口24aと下端開口24bとの間に位置決めする。そして、ノズル23の開口縁部32を周辺部33よりも高い位置として、その周囲にテーパ面34を介して周辺部33を形成する。この結果、針状部材25の開口から薬液を噴霧した際、薬液が開口縁部32から周辺部33に流れるようになる。従って、開口孔24の縁部で薬液が付着、結晶化することがなく、開口孔24の詰まりを防止できる。【選択図】図2
