The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with an enhanced botox function including an adipolysis function and, more specifically, to a method for wrinkle control and skin treatment including the step of injecting a botox medicine with an adipolysis function, which contains clostridium botulinum toxin type A, aminophylline, L-carnitine, and dexamethasone.
