The present invention relates to a multifunctional body care belt and, more specifically, to a multifunctional body care belt which allows lipolysis and muscular strength reinforcement through stimulation (light sources, electricity) of a worn body part, measurement of the body balance by utilizing a mobile device, and construction of user-customized health care information based on the measurement.
