PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which is excellent in shock resistance, causes no caking, while having enough strength to allow the cosmetic to be applied directly to the skin, and is also excellent in feeling of use.SOLUTION: A solid powder cosmetic whose surface is molded three-dimensionally is produced by mixing cosmetic base materials containing the following components (a)-(c): (a) a powder component, (b) an oil component, and (c) an oil gelling agent, and a solvent in order to prepare a slurry form, filling a container with the slurry form to mold it, and subsequently removing the solvent.
