The present invention provides a low-viscosity eye makeup composition comprising wax. The eye makeup composition of the present invention comprises crystal-form wax and non-crystal-form wax together. Accordingly, the eye makeup composition of the present invention exhibits a low-viscosity characteristic, even while comprising wax, and thus is appropriate for an eye makeup product that is in a brush pen form or is used by discharging the composition through a nozzle. The eye makeup composition of the present invention is formed of an oil-phase base type, and thus exhibits remarkably enhanced lasting power and waterproofing power.
