PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mixing nozzle of which a running cost is reduced and oxygen dissolved efficiency is increased.SOLUTION: There is provided an air mixing nozzle A in which a suction nozzle member 1, intermediate nozzle members 2, 3 and a jet nozzle member 4, in which a flowing water passage is formed, are arranged and joined on a same axis in an outer casing 5 in which an air introduction chamber 51 is formed, and are formed into a cylindrical shape, and air is sucked into the flowing water passage by air introduction nozzles 22, 23, 32, 33 which are formed on said nozzle member at plural stages.
