The nasal seal comprises a seal opening on an outward-facing side of the nasal seal. The opening includes lips and/or channels located on a perimeter. A pair of nasal locators, each having a base portion, protrudes from a patient-facing side of the nasal seal. The mask frame comprises a centrally located outlet opening, which includes channels and/or lips for engagement with the lips and/or channels of the seal opening. A pair of side arms extends from the mask frame, beyond an extreme width of the nasal seal. Tips of the side arms are rearward of the base portions of the nasal locators, and the base portions are between the central portion of the mask frame and a line connecting the tips. Each of the side arms includes a connector portion for engagement with connector portions of the head strap.
