The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the surgical instruments and may be used for aspirating and washing the cavities in laparoscopy. The inventive task consists in development of the instrument for aspirating and washing the cavities in laparoscopy. Due to the design combining the retractor located on the external tube with suction tube, such an instrument allows for preventing tissue traumatization, achieving better visualization and shortening the duration of the surgery. To achieve the inventive task, the instrument for aspirating and washing the cavities in laparoscopy is designed as coaxial tubes. The internal tube (2) has 4-6 openings distally for the suction of the aspirate. The external tube (1) functions as a case of the instrument with the retractor (4) on its distal end. The case is connected to the resilient handle (3) via the hook (6) allowing the displacement of tube 1 relative to tube 2 when aspiration/washing function is provided by switching (5) the valve (7) functions.
