PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing stocks of Zostera nana comprising specifying a condition for making the seeds of Zostera nana germinate in a high germination ratio and a condition for favorably propagating the Zostera nana to restore/reproduce a Zostera marina bed, so as to create an ecosystem of Zostera marina bed including Zostera nana one.SOLUTION: The method for producing a stock of Zostera nana comprises the following processes so as to create a Zostera nana propagation ground: (1) a cool temperature treatment process for maintaining the seeds of Zostera nana at 0-10°C for 30-90 days (2) a germination process for sowing the seeds after subjected to the cool temperature treatment on the bottom of water and maintaining the seeds under the condition where the average depth of the water is (+40)-(-40) cm, and the temperature of the water is 1-29°C and has a daily range of 5-25°C (3) a growth process for growing the germinated Zostera nana under the condition where the average depth of the water is (+20)-(-50) cm and the temperature of the water is 10-29°C, after the germination process and (4) a transplantation process for transplanting the stocks of Zostera nana grown through the growth process to a Zostera nana propagation ground.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 コアマモ種子を高い発芽率で発芽させるための条件、及びコアマモを良好に繁殖させてアマモ場を修復・再生するための条件を特定することにより、コアマモを含むアマモ場生態系を造成する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 (1)コアマモ種子を0℃~10℃の間で30日~90日維持する冷温処理工程、(2)前記冷温処理工程後の種子を水底に播種し、平均水深が+40cm~-40cm、水温が1℃~29℃かつ日較差5℃~25℃以内となる条件で保持する発芽工程、(3)前記発芽工程後に平均水深が+20cm~-50cm、水温が10℃~29℃となる条件で生長させる生長工程、(4)前記生長工程によって生長したコアマモ株を繁殖地に移植する移植工程を備えることを特徴とするコアマモ繁殖地の造成方法によって達成される。【選択図】 図1
