The present invention relates to modified human coagulation Factor VII polypeptides having coagulant activity, especially variants having higher proteolytic activity and reduced antithrombin reactivity (increased resistance to inactivation by anti-thrombin) when activated as compared to wild-type FVIIa. The variants have certain substitutions at position T293 of mature human FVII in combination with specifc substitutions at L288, W201 and/or K337. The claims are also directed to pharmaceutical compositions, and medical uses of said factor VII polypeptides.La présente invention concerne des polypeptides modifiés du facteur VII de la coagulation humain présentant une activité coagulante, notamment des variants présentant une plus grande activité protéolytique et une réactivité réduite à lanti-thrombine (résistance accrue à linactivation par lanti-thrombine) lorsquils sont activés par rapport au FVIIa de type sauvage. Les variants ont certaines substitutions à la position T293 de FVII humain mature en combinaison avec des substitutions spécifiques au niveau de L288, W201 et/ou K337. Linvention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques, et des utilisations médicales desdits polypeptides du facteur VII.
